Commercial & Residential Experience

• Hands-on experience working on both commercial and residential electrical systems.

• Must have participated in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical components in varied settings.

• Ability to work under supervision on new construction, remodels, and service calls.

Tool Proficiency

• Proficient in the safe and efficient use of hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, conduit benders).

• Must demonstrate careful handling and proper maintenance of tools used on the job site.

Electrical Knowledge

• Familiarity with basic electrical terminology, such as voltage, amperage, grounding, circuits, etc.

• Ability to read and interpret basic wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

• Understanding of standard safety procedures and OSHA regulations related to electrical work.

Technical Aptitude

• Basic knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC).

• Ability to assist in pulling wire, installing conduit, outlets, switches, panels, and related hardware.

Communication & Teamwork

• Capable of understanding and following verbal and written instructions from supervisors or lead electricians.

• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with team members in fast-paced environments.

Physical & Worksite Readiness

• Physically fit to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces or at heights as required.

• Punctual, dependable, and ready to work in various weather conditions and job site environments.
